never wanting to sit around on a sunday and in an attempt to make good use of our annual membership, we packed up after annabelle’s nap and headed to the detroit zoo last weekend. we’ve gone to the zoo at least a few times in the past few months and it’s so fun to see annabelle’s personality change with each visit. this time she was super excited to ride the train although super serious once we actually got on it. she couldn’t wait to see the tigers but we didn’t make it to their exhibit so she was happy to settle for the giraffe’s and lots of birdies.
i’m having so much fun dressing everyone in our family for fall and the weather was crisp enough to wear a few new things we’ve been waiting to break out. one of my favorite looks for annabelle {and myself, let’s be honest!} is tights under shorts. plus it really helps stretch those summer clothes into fall and winter. we’ve been loving everything from cat and jack at target and these tights are the cutest and very durable quality.
