we had a really busy weekend house hunting. a little background, we bought a beautiful new house a couple years ago {when i was newly pregnant with annabelle} and although we love it, it’s no longer in our ideal neighborhood. we originally listed our house in october but with the thanksgiving and christmas holidays things were really slow so we took it off the market at the end of november. fast forward a couple months and we just listed it again last week. we’ve had quite a few showings so i’m hopeful things are picking up. if you’re looking for a new house in royal oak, feel free to contact me!
now on to the good stuff! between a few appointments yesterday, we were able to have a little fun. annabelle got to stretch her legs at our favorite park in beverly hills and then we all enjoyed an early dinner from woodpile bbq shack in clawson. if you haven’t been yet you must go! earlier in the week they posted on their facebook page that they were making special ‘dragon eggs’ for super bowl sunday and i couldn’t stop thinking about it! i can’t wait for the weather to get warmer so we can enjoy our food on their outside patio. we got ribs, brisket and the most delicious cheesy potatoes. next time i’m definitely trying the bourbon pecan pie ice cream!
