i’m sure i speak for most of you when i say, i feel really nervous about today. i’ll be glued to my computer all day and our tv all night waiting for the election results to come in. and trust me, the wine is being chilled!
a few weeks ago i stopped in to one of my favorite local stores caruso caruso because they had a denim event going on where if you brought in a lightly used pair of jeans to donate they would give you $20 off a new pair. i’m not a huge jeans person – i probably have less than 5 pairs total! – but the darker pair i had been rocking for 4+ years were finally getting to be not so attractive so i decided it would be a good time to trade up. i knew i wanted a darker denim and i prefer a high-waisted cut #mombod. they totally blew me away with their selection! the pair that i ended up with are everything that i could have wanted and more. they are a bit of a darker wash, definitely high-waisted and super flattering in all the right places, and the step-hem is beyond cute. i’ve never had such attractive ankles!
they also have an amazing selection of detroit t-shirts and i was definitely in the market for one. i love this muscle tee. it’s cropped but doesn’t show my midriff and is the prettiest pop of color. plus if i’m being honest i feel like a bad ass in it.
