Everything I Ate in a Week

I think I mentioned this last week but I’m very into glimpses of other peoples real life. I’m very much trying to create that for you here. I’ve certainly had my moments of eating completely healthy and my fair share of weeks where I ate everything in sight {or 18 months if you count two pregnancies}. However now into my mid {late?} 30’s I think I’ve finally settled on a sustainable approach to balanced eating. I captured everything I ate {and drank} over the course of last week and today I’m going to share!

Monday

10:08 am Trader Joe’s smoked salmon with two over easy eggs

1:15pm Salami and provolone with mustard on a French baguette with Trader Joe’s coleslaw

2:52pm Handful of Trader Joe’s Sour Scandinavian Swimmers

5:04pm Fried rice made with leftover pork roast and Trader Joe’s jasmine rice

5:19pm Glass of rosé

7:24pm Trader Joe’s Hold the Cone ice cream eaten while hiding from my children in the laundry room

Tuesday

7:18am Black coffee

10:34am Sweet potato toast topped with two eggs over easy, Trader Joe’s sauerkraut and Truff hot sauce

12:45pm Leftover fried rice topped with siracha

2:15pm Handful of Trader Joe’s Sour Scandinavian Swimmers

4:21pm Piece of French bread dipped in olive oil and parmesan cheese

4:57pm Can of Kim Crawford

4:58pm Way too many Jalapeno Seasoned Corn and Rice puffs

5:24pm Beef taco made with a Trader Joe’s jicama wrap and topped with sour cream, grilled veggies, and Goya Mexican rice

7:43pm Trader Joe’s Hold the Cone ice cream

Wednesday

9:06am Starbucks venti soy misto with one pump of pumpkin sauce topped with pumpkin spice

11:32am Banana

12:28pm Leftover beef tacos made with Trader Joe’s jicama wraps and topped with Trader Joe’s jalapeno sauce and Mexican rice

1:23pm Handful of Trader Joe’s Sour Scandinavian Swimmers

3:32pm String cheese

4:37pm Glass of rosé

5:09pm White chili made with ground turkey and topped with sour cream and cheese

Thursday

9:05am Starbucks venti soy misto with one pump of pumpkin sauce topped with pumpkin spice

11:26am String cheese

12:35pm Jimmy Johns Turkey Tom with no mayo, add hot peppers

2:57pm Trader Joe’s garlic and chili cashews mixed with pretzel goldfish crackers

3:08pm Handful of Trader Joe’s Sour Scandinavian Swimmers and peanut M&Ms

3:10pm Stok cold brew with 2% milk

5:22pm Trader Joe’s Autumnal Harvest Creamy Pasta Sauce and Fall Zucchette Pasta

Friday

9:29am English muffin topped with strawberry jelly and cottage cheese

12:02pm Trader Joe’s cauli thins topped with turkey, coleslaw, pickles, and mustard with a side of goldfish crackers

12:24pm Handful of Trader Joe’s Sour Scandinavian Swimmers

5:25pm Glass of rosé and truffle fries at 220 Merrill

5:58pm Another glass of rosé and the Detroiter pizza and 220 chopped salad

8:57pm Third {and final} glass of rosé
