Who’s ready for my third {and final} fashion resolution? Like it or not, the time has come to wrap this series up. To quickly recap, resolution numero uno was to buy more vintage or secondhand pieces {and subsequently less mainstream fashion items}, resolution number two was to wear more jumpsuits {duh}, and resolution number three is to incorporate more fun accessories into my everyday looks!
I own a ton of fun earrings, bracelets, rings, and more but more often than not they stay hidden in my jewelry drawer. It’s much easier for me to grab my go-to everyday simple studs than think about a bolder choice but that’s going to change this year. Why not have fun with accessorizing? Plus now that Annabelle is getting a bit older and into fashion herself she gets very excited when I pull out a fun accessory. The gaudier the better {for her, not me}!
One of my favorite places to look for fun accessories is the JCrew sale section. They always have the best selection of trendy yet wearable, quality pieces and if you can catch the right sale you won’t have to make a huge investment to buy something you love.
Sometimes your clothes can even become an accessory, like this top. The print has a 70’s vibe and the sheer sleeves make it really fun but still seasonally appropriate.
