We’re home from Hawaii! It was a whirlwind trip and went by too fast {as all trips do} but I’m so glad we went. I’m already thinking about going back someday when Annabelle is old enough – meaning she can handle a 12 hour flight. So like, 15 years maybe?
When we landed on Thursday it was about 3pm local time in Maui but back in Detroit it was 9pm. Also known as my bedtime.
We were feeling pretty energized and excited {must have been the mai tai’s} so we grabbed a quick bite at our hotel and then took a walk on the beach. I must say, I’ve been to a lot of beaches and I’ve never seen a view quite like the coast of Maui. I didn’t expect it to be so green. It was just stunning.
This dress from Chicwish was the perfect thing to throw on after a full day of travel. I think it would make a perfect cover-up too. Just a great summer dress to have around. I’ve rounded up a few more white dresses that I love here:
