We made it half way! Actually, Annabelle was born at 39 weeks so if that’s any indication of when baby #2 will come I could have less than 20 weeks to go. I wouldn’t go so far as to say things are flying by but I finally feel like we’re making progress!
Here’s a little update on my pregnancy.
How far along are you? 20 weeks, 2 days
So that makes your due date? June 24th!
How much weight have you gained? I’m tipping the scales at 132 this week {which is up 11 lbs. overall from the start of this pregnancy}. I’ve been consistently gaining 1 lb./week for the past few weeks and it seems as though that trend is going to continue. I’ve heard that you gain most of your weight in the second trimester so hopefully that slows down at some point.
Any cravings? Lot’s of cereal, fruit {raspberries and apples}, vegetables and salads, raisin bread, and yes still pickles.
What about symptoms? My energy is still good {I even stayed up to watch This is Us after the Super Bowl!} but my nausea is still hanging out. My mom told me she was nauseous her entire pregnancy with my brother so I’m a little terrified that this might just be as good as it gets until we meet our baby.
Will you find out the gender? Nope! We didn’t find out with Annabelle and we’re excited to be surprised again.
Do you have names picked out? Zero progress on names this week. Zero. No names. None at all.
Are you wearing maternity clothes? Totes. The only non-maternity pants that fit me are leggings and even some of my looser non-maternity tops are getting too small {or too short, rather}. I’m at the point where I’m perfectly happy to wear maternity clothes though. I want to get my money’s worth over the next few months!
Any purchases for the baby yet? I did buy the cutest set of gender neutral bodysuits last weekend. I’ve also been shopping for a crib and so far I’m set on this one.
Thanks, as always, for following along! If you have any questions about anything pregnancy related {or anything!} leave them in the comments below. xo
