Last week Ken and I were able to sneak down to Detroit for a couple hours and take advantage of a certain college students summer vacation {we love you Auntie Em}! As we were out and about in Corktown we ran in to the coolest thing ever, the Happier Camper. You guys, I am not a camper but Ken is. He actually made me promise before we got married that we would go camping once a year and my response to that was to hurry up and get pregnant so I had an excuse for a few years {I’m pregnant, I can’t camp! We have a newborn, I can’t camp!} but sadly that excuse is getting older and seems ready to go camping so the topic is back on the table.
Since I can usually be swayed by how cute something is the Happier Camper has me all excited about the idea of going camping. It’s a trailer that can be easily configured for eating, sleeping, and everything in between – plus it looks like a mini air-stream which is what initially peaked my interest.
If you’ve been camping around Michigan at all I’d love recommendations on where we should go. The Happier Camper even has a shower but I’ll definitely start stockpiling dry shampoo and makeup wipes anyway, a lady must always be prepared!
Ok back to a topic that I do know a lot about – cute outfits. Sometimes I put an outfit together and I think, how am I only wearing this for the first time now and how many times can I wear it without getting burnt out? That is completely how I feel about this top and these shorts. It’s like they were made for each other.
I picked up this bag as part of a major J.Crew haul last week. The pink is sold out but there are quite a few other colors available. It is the perfect size for summer adventures and such a fun pop of color.
Do you have any fun summer adventures planned? I’d love to hear!

Hi! I love this striped top.
Can you please tell me what size you’re wearing and about the quality?
Thanks,
Jen
Hi Jen! The quality is pretty good for the cost, it’s definitely a sturdy shirt! I think I was wearing a small, which would be true to size for me.
