falling around

Hi, friends! If you read yesterday’s post you know that we’ve really been in the thick of it for a few weeks. Last weekend was the first time in too long that we were able to get out and enjoy a fun, mostly carefree day as a family. Despite the unseasonably scorching temps we were determined to get our first cider and donuts of the season. All I have to say is thank goodness cider slushies are a thing!

I promise she wasn’t as unsure as she looks about the cider. She was just trying really hard to open the apple bottle on her own {it was tricky}!

One of my favorite things about Annabelle’s capsule wardrobe is that almost every piece is able to be mixed and matched. Allowing her the freedom to pick whatever she wants and knowing that it’s probably going to turn out as a pretty cute outfit has been great for both of us.

I mentioned it on Instagram but as determined as I was to really stick to my capsule I could not put on jeans in the 90 degree heat so I made the executive decision to allow a one day free jean shorts pass. YOLO.

Thanks so much again for all of your words of encouragement yesterday. As you can see our girl is still the same fun loving, fashion forward, almost three year old, and we just love her to pieces. See you tomorrow!
