I’m not usually one to celebrate those silly made up holidays {Trail Mix Day, I’m looking at you} but when my sister told me that it was National S’Mores Day it seemed like the perfect reason to break out the marshmallows and celebrate. They are our favorite summer dessert, after all.
Usually my kids prefer their s’mores deconstructed and uncooked, if you know what I mean. Basically, they love any excuse to eat giant marshmallows and an entire chocolate bar while we’re not looking.
