I’ll be the first to admit that we’ve been suffering from a case of cabin fever for the last few weeks. We’re at the point in the winter where it seems like it’s always dark and always cold and we’ve been having a hard time shaking it. There was nothing exceptional about the weather last weekend but we shifted our attitudes, bundled up, and had a fun outing to the park. Annabelle was shivering for the first few minutes but after running around with daddy she quickly warmed up and we all had fun. Never under estimate the power of what fresh air and a little vitamin D can do for your mood!
They have this fun hill at the park where you sled down on a broken down box when there’s so snow. It took a few tries to get the hang of it but once we did we flew down!
Annabelle climbed all the way up this hill, got to the top and realized she had no idea what to do next, and then screamed “daaaaady!!!!”
If you’re a Michigan native you know that these mittens are everything. We just love showing everyone where we live using our handy, dandy hands!
Thank you to Michigan Mittens for sending me, Annabelle, and Ken the cutest mittens around!
