Friends! Happy Monday! We're already in the holiday swing over here and instead of trying to fight it I've decided to just embrace it. The air is crisp, we've started building a fire every evening, and yesterday Ken brought up one of our lighted trees and I did not protest.

I have this thing with pink
Maybe something changed in me after I had a girl but I have never been more into the color pink than I am right now. I've been incorporating it everywhere from my clothes to my accessories and even in our home. It's such a happy color and I love the way it makes me feel. I might be a living cliche but I'm ok with that! Today I thought it would be fun to round up a few pink things I'm loving for winter. Enjoy!

you are my sunshine
I'm not sure if you caught the news on social media over the weekend but we have a t-h-r-e-e year old! Our sweet girl is getting so grown up and with every birthday so far I've always felt she's ready for her new age with three being no exception. She is beyond smart, has the kindest demeanor, and is truly hilarious. We could not love her more!

yay! for october
I've always been fond of October but it wasn't until my due date with Annabelle fell within the month that it solidified it's status as my favorite. In addition to the changing weather and fall decor that I love so much I now get to celebrate becoming a mom to our sweet girl who is currently deciding if she'll be Cinderella, Spiderman, or an illusive third option {which is always the case with Annabelle} for Halloween.

falling around
Hi, friends! If you read yesterday's post you know that we've really been in the thick of it for a few weeks. Last weekend was the first time in too long that we were able to get out and enjoy a fun, mostly carefree day as a family. Despite the unseasonably scorching temps we were determined to get our first cider and donuts of the season. All I have to say is thank goodness cider slushies are a thing!
