Why Am I Here?

I promise this is not going to be about the meaning of life.

I thought i should take a step back and explain why I’m here, on this blog {probably talking to no one but my mom…hi mom!}. First and foremost I wanted to start this blog as a platform to share our work. All We Are Photography is a new company and I know that promotion is a key element to growing {and maintaining} a business. As we grow I’ll continue to share our work. Ken and I want to tell stories with our photos. We want you to trust us. We want you to let us in to your lives so that we can capture all that you are.

But beyond the photography I’m excited to talk about other stuff too! I want to create relationships. Start conversations. Share parts of my life and learn about yours. I love getting glimpses into how other people live. The internet is both wonderful and terrible in that way. I’d like to focus on the good.

I’m probably just like you. I have a full time job outside of my home. My baby woke up at 4am last night for no reason {teething? I feel like it’s always teething}. I need to go grocery shopping all the time. I feel really accomplished if my bed gets made in the morning {it’s sort of amazing, really}. I struggle. I question. I doubt. For me this blog is a break from that.

I love fashion. I love decorating. I love entertaining. I love traveling. I really love shopping. I’m passionate about stuff some people think is silly. Or superficial. Or whatever.

So I hope you enjoy your time here. And I always want to hear what you think. If you ever have questions or comments, please share!
